Poster Writing Instructions

If your submitted abstract has been accepted as a poster, please follow the instructions below:

1.     Download the poster template and insert your information into it. The dimensions have already been set.

2.     After inserting your content, save the file as a JPEG. To do this, go to:
File > Export > Change File Type > JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg) > Save As
(as shown in the image below). If prompted with a question, choose 'Just This One.'

3.     In your user dashboard, go to the My Submissions section. Click on Edit next to the relevant abstract, scroll to the bottom of the page, and upload the JPEG file you prepared in the Electronic Poster section. Then click Submit.

4.     Your file will be reviewed by the organizing team, and the result will be sent to you via email and SMS.

5.     Accepted posters will be displayed as electronic posters on digital displays during the congress.

Some help:

•             Minimum text size: 34

•             Best font size: more than 44

•                If you want your poster to be more professional,

use less text and more images, graphs and colors in each part of your poster.
